Our program includes daily supervision and wellness check-ins, ensuring residents receive the attention and support they need while maintaining their independence.
Resource coordination
We assist with coordinating outside services such as CLTC, DDSN, and home health, as well as transportation coordination and community integration support.
Holistic wellness
Our commitment extends to meal support and access to community resources, promoting overall well-being and a fulfilling lifestyle for all residents.
